Training and placement is a vital function in an Engineering College. It goes without saying that the graduates need to use their technical knowledge and a wide range of skills effectively on the job. Hence in order to bridge the gap between the career aspirations of students and the requirements of the employer, training is highly essential to groom the students with overall quality that matches the current job requirements.

The Training and Placement Cell has an experienced and efficient team, dedicated towards the greater cause and works through constant interaction with the corporates to understand their current needs. Accordingly, it regularly organises a series of training programmes for students in most important areas such as Aptitude and technical know-how, Communication skills, Current affairs, Group discussion, Interview skills, Leadership qualities, Personality development, Soft skills, etc.

The students are also trained in the advanced Communication and Career Laboratory for developing fluent communication and creative competence. Ample opportunities are provided to improve Aptitude, logical reasoning and problem solving skills through special lectures delivered by the experts in concerned areas.

Also, in collaboration with popular universities in USA and Europe, the College shares with students the information on employment and higher educational opportunities, and offers them facilities to go abroad for receiving training and subsequently placement.
